Privacy Policy

KshetraDevaYana (KDY) — Temple Billing Application and related CyBlore services. This policy explains how CyBlore IT Solutions Private Limited ("CyBlore", "we") handles information when you use the KDY staff / POS Android app, staff web console, and temple onboarding surfaces.

1. Who this policy covers

This policy applies to authorised temple staff and administrators using the KshetraDevaYana mobile app (package com.cyblore.staff_pos_shell) and related billing tools. Separate devotee portal experiences may present additional notices for devotee bookings.

2. Information we collect

  • Staff account data — username, password (processed for authentication), and session tokens stored on the device using platform secure storage where available.
  • Temple transaction data — devotee or payee name, mobile number, nakshatra / gothram, offering or product lines, amounts, payment mode, remarks, and receipt / token identifiers needed to run the counter.
  • Payment data — plan and subscription checkout is processed by Razorpay. We do not store full card, UPI PIN, or net-banking credentials on CyBlore servers.
  • Device and printer data — network status, printer connection mode (Wi‑Fi or Bluetooth), printer name / MAC address, and optional temple logo images chosen from the camera or gallery.
  • Location (limited) — on some older Android versions, approximate or precise location permission may be requested only because Bluetooth discovery historically required it. We do not use location to track devotees or for advertising.

3. How we use information

We use information to authenticate staff, process temple billing and receipts, print thermal slips, operate temple workspaces, process subscription payments, diagnose connection issues, and provide customer support. We do not sell personal information.

4. Sharing

Data is shared only with service providers required to operate KDY: the temple's CyBlore-hosted backend, payment processing (Razorpay), and communication channels you enable for support. We may disclose information if required by law. Temple institutions remain controllers of their operational records for accounting and regulatory purposes.

5. Security

The Android app disables cleartext HTTP and communicates with backends over HTTPS so data in transit is encrypted. Access to staff features requires authenticated credentials. No method of transmission or storage is perfectly secure; report suspected incidents to compliance@kshetradevayana.com.

6. Retention

Staff session tokens remain until logout or expiry. Transaction and accounting records are retained as required by the temple's legal, tax, and audit obligations. Optional device preferences (such as printer MAC) remain until cleared in app settings or the app is uninstalled.

7. Your choices and deletion

You may sign out at any time. To request deletion of a staff account or personal data CyBlore holds for KDY, email support@kshetradevayana.com. We will verify the request with the temple administrator. Temple transaction archives may be retained where the institution must keep them for law or accounting.

8. Children

KDY staff POS is a business tool for authorised temple personnel. It is not directed at children under 13.
